Lord Buddha’s sole and the noblest intention was to open the path of nibbana, the ultimate
freedom, to all suffering beings. Being the immensely Compassionate and the unfathomably
Wise One He is, Lord Buddha showed the true state of the world to countless suffering beings
and helped them realize nibbana, the ultimate happiness. Given that Buddhahood is one of the
rarest occurrences in time, we are so fortunate to live in a time where nibbana is still
within reach and Noble friends (Kalyana Friends) who can guide us onto the Lord Buddha’s
path of nibbana are still present among us. This website is a result of our efforts to make
the nibbana path accessible to all beings all over the world. A collection of sermons,
articles and other resources aimed at disseminating the Dhamma are included in this website.
May all beings reap the utmost benefits of these resources and discover their way to
nibbana, the ultimate liberation!!!
(Aṅguttara Nikāya
01,
Thika Nipātha, pg. 510)
In this perilous infinite journey through sansāra, we failed to seek refuge of Dhamma, and
thus
we are here today too. Before the noble Dhamma being veiled by the sands of time, may you
and
your loved ones be blessed to quench the burning thirst with the blessed water of Dhamma!
May this noble gift of Dhamma, be the eye-opener to all those who strive hard to find their
path
towards the ultimate bliss of Nibbāna, through comprehending the teachings of Lord Buddhā.
May our untiring effort brighten your path towards enlightenment!
This is “THE TIME” for you and me to take prompt action!
“Dhuthīya Sāripuththa Sutta”
“Sāripuththa, it is stated: “sōwān aṅga”, “sōwān aṅga” (requisites to be a Stream Enterer). How would one explain sōwān aṅga?”
“Rev. Sir, there are four requisites to be a Stream Enterer (sōwān). These are; i) being associated with a Noble Friend, ii) listening to the explanations by the Noble Friend of the ‘Pure Dhamma’, iii) analyze the Dhamma being heard, and iv) behaving within the Dhamma that has been comprehended (thoughts, words and behavior) ”
“Well said Sāripuththa, well said”, The Lord Buddha appreciated.
